Formula 1 races have been taken place on the Circuit de Catalunya, which is close to the about 20 minutes from Barcelona located little city Montmeló, since 1991. The technically challenging but fast racing track has 16 cruves that are driven through 66 times. The typical long-drawn-out curves, that are driven through with fast speeds are straining the tires of the bolids.
Michael Schumacher won his first Formula 1 race for Ferrari in 1996 at the Circuit de Catalunya.

• On Friday you can use all three grandstands (except for C and E).
• You can go to all public areas of the Circuit with all tickets.
• At all stands and on the grass big screens are located, on which you can follow the race when the bolids aren't passing by.
• During the weekend of the race you can receive a radio broadcast within the race area at 94.30 FM.

Parking at the race track

• We recommend a prebooking of the parking lot tickets for the weekend of the race. You can find indications on which parking spot you should take on our site "Arrival to the Circuit de Catalunya".
• We don't charge pre booking fees for the car park tickets either.

• Besides the terms of the organiser the following conditions apply for the booking of the Formula 1 tickets:
• Barcelona.de cannot fulfil wishes from the customer concerning the seat assignments, since the seat assignment is implemented by the organiser of the event. In addition we cannot guarantee that your seats will be next to each other.
• If Barcelona.de shouldn't be able to deliver the booked tickets or replacement tickets in a comparable category (in case of sold out stands), we will inform you via e-mail about the non-fulfilment of the purchase agreement. In this case Barcelona.de will give a refund of the full purchase price to the customer within the next 10 days.
• The customer is entitled to cancel the order of the tickets within 48 hours after booking. The arrival of the e-mail determines whether a cancellation was on time. If the cancellation was on time the customer will receive a full refund. A later cancellation is not possible.
• Barcelona.de is not liable for a delayed shipping of the ticket by the shipping company. Barcelona.de does not have influence on the shipping times of the commissioned shipping company.
